In April 11th2014, We Transferred to New Plant
In April 11th2014, we transferred to the new plant which covers an area of 100,000 square meters and the production construction area 26,000 square meters. All the equipments are brand-new, and fully automatic, becoming the most professional porcelain insulator manufacturing enterprise in China.
In raw material process, the 8 (eight) tons capacity ball grinding machine lined with high alumina brick, guarantees the stable alumina content of porcelain material. Slurry undergoes three de-ironing & screening process through neodymium iron boron high-strength magnet, guarantees inclusion-free of raw material; Profiling process adopts digital-controlled profiling machine, guarantees the dimension regularity; Firing process adopts full automatic gas shuttle kilns, guarantees the stable quality of fired products; HV test center equipped with 200kV power-frequency testing machine to ensure the inside incubator temperature reaches to 300℃; Mechanical test center equipped with 150kN torsion testing machine, 200 tons hydraulic testing machine to ensure the testing programme complete
